Payment Policy
Payment forms accepted: Master Card, Visa Card, Paypal, Money Order, Cash, Direct Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, COD. Credit Card Payments are processed via our secure online store. Credit card details will be destroyed once processed.
Return Policy
Items that are faulty may be returned for an exchange if they fall within 30 days of initial purchase.
The item must be sent back to our office with a letter of explanation and copy of receipt.
We will accept the return on the basis that is has been received by our office within 14 days from notification.
Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted and returned the buyer.
A Credit note or exchange will be issued if the item is considered to be faulty.
Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted for "Change of Mind" under any circumstances, in accordance with the Department of Industrial Relations Retail Return policy.
We do not warrant lining or zippers as these items are conducive to wear & tear.
Backorder Policy
If an item is unavailable at the time of receiving your order, you will be notified by Replica Designer Handbags and given the opportunity to have the item placed on back order. If you wish the item to be back ordered, on arrival of the item, you will charged via your preferred method of payment and the item dispatched.
Shipping Policies
We offer a Flat Rate Local Delivery Fee of $5.50. Flat Rate $5.50 Local Delivery to following areas per order (not per handbag): Cranebrook, Mt Pleasant, Cambridge Park, Cambridge Gardens, Werrington Downs, Werrington County, Werrington, Penrith, South Penrith, Lemongrove, Kingswood, Kingswood Park, Claremont Meadows, Glenmore Park, Orchard Hills, Emu Plains, Leonay, St Marys
Excludes PO Boxes. Signature on delivery is required.
Your order will be sent via Express Post, a facility offered by Australia Post, and a Tracking number will be issued for each parcel. One (1) Designer Handbag per satchel can be sent at a time, otherwise a higher premium will be charged for postage.
Express Post is the economical next business day delivery service for letters, documents and parcels. Next business day delivery is guaranteed* to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network, if posted on a business day Monday to Friday in accordance with conditions set out on Express Post items as per Australia Post website. www.auspost.com.au
